Vet-checked before dispatch

Every bird is examined by a licensed veterinarian before it is listed for sale, and visually re-checked on the day of dispatch. We never ship a bird showing any sign of stress or illness — if a bird is not fit to travel, we contact you and reschedule.

Live arrival guarantee

Your bird is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. In the rare event of a problem in transit, notify us within 24 hours of arrival with photos and we will replace the bird or refund your purchase in full — your choice.

48-hour health window

If a vet identifies a pre-existing health condition within 48 hours of arrival, we will cover the reasonable consultation cost and replace or refund the bird on presentation of the vet report.

What we ask of you

• Have a suitable cage, food and water ready before delivery day.
• Someone must be available to receive the bird on the scheduled day.
• Give new arrivals 48 hours of quiet settling time.
